It was over a year ago when I received a folder from Aryana which contained some of her photography. The atmosphere in her work triggered an emotional response in me, and it naturally made me want to create soundtracks to the images.

Each composition was performed and recorded live, in one take, to capture a single moment in time, just as photographs do. Although the music is minimal and repetitive, it constantly changes in timber, as our emotional states do when we observe works of art. The download folder includes photographs taken by Aryana.
